Fulton cider sponsorship benefits help for heroes.
Fulton Limited has supported a local beer and cider festival with the sponsorship of a barrel of cider, profits from which will benefit the Help for Heroes charity.
Now in its sixth year, Backwell's beer and cider festival forms part of a programme of events, all of which raise funds for the Village Club and registered charities.
Commenting for the Backwell Village Club, chairman and event organiser Martyn Howell says: "We are delighted to be supporting Help for Heroes at a time when many charities are losing vital donations. Our thanks go to all those involved in the festival and we are proud to announce that many thousands of pounds will be making its way to this excellent cause."
Fulton sponsored a 6% Wilkins cider, which is known to many as 'Infamous Rog's Brew' and was described in the Festival Programme as 'made to be enjoyed!'
Fulton provides key support to Atlantic Linen Services
For the second time in a couple of years, Fulton has provided assistance to Atlantic Linen, this time after they moved to larger premises following a fire that ripped through its previous premises.
In 2007, a steam generator at Atlantic's original facility failed, leaving them without a steam source. However, following a call to Fulton a reconditioned 30E steam boiler was supplied, installed and up and running within a few days.
Within eighteen months of this being installed, Atlantic was forced to relocate after its premises were destroyed by fire following a spontaneous combustion incident.
This time, a new, ex-stock Fulton RBC1850 horizontal steam boiler was specified and the new system made available within weeks. This quick response played an important part in establishing Atlantic's larger laundry. Fulton was also able to save the previously installed 30E boiler, which was re-commissioned and now acts as a backup during planned shutdown and maintenance.
