Fulton Limited is closely monitoring the advice of Public Health England, the World Health Organisation and local/regional government departments and councils in relation to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its impact on our local, national and international operations.
The health and wellbeing of our employees both at our Bristol HQ and in the field – and those of our customers and other stakeholders – are our primary responsibility and we are closely monitoring the situation and following all precautionary advice available. Employees and guests alike are being asked to ensure they wash their hands (for a minimum of 20 seconds as advised) regularly and use the hand sanitiser that can be found throughout the facility.
While Fulton has already restricted its employees from travelling to and from impacted areas, we already have plans in place to ensure that, where possible, the company operates as routinely as possible:
- Fulton already has excellent stock levels of boilers, ancillary items and spares
- Our office-based sales and aftercare teams are able to work remotely (from home, etc.) if required, so will continue to have the ability to take/make calls, emails and place orders
- Our field-based regional sales managers and service technicians will continue to operate as normal unless advised not to by the company or those government bodies mentioned above
- Contact with all departments/teams via phone and email should remain unaffected at all times
These measures should allow Fulton to provide customers with a continuous service during these unforeseen times. However, like so many other businesses and organisations, we have no idea how the situation will unfold but do believe that our plans are robust enough to ensure we can safeguard the health of our team while providing customers with the highest possible level of service.
