The strategic partnership strengthens technical capability and service coverage across Germany and neighbouring markets.
Fulton has successfully completed a focused technical training programme with Dr. Thomas Straeten and Mr. Torben Lotte of WaDaTec – Wasser- und Dampftechnik GmbH – Germany's leading water and steam technology specialist. The comprehensive programme covered Fulton's innovative VSRT steam boilers and the company's Electric steam boiler range, including the Europack and Electropack models.
The visit represents Fulton's ongoing commitment to supporting partners with hands-on instruction, commissioning insights and application expertise, ensuring WaDaTec can confidently promote and support Fulton solutions throughout Germany and neighbouring markets.
During the intensive training programme, Thomas and Torben worked closely with Fulton's engineering and technical support teams, covering critical areas including core VSRT design principles, start-up and control philosophy, best-practice sizing, water treatment and efficiency optimisation, installation, commissioning and maintenance routines, and the selection and application of Fulton's Electropack/Europack electric steam boilers for low-carbon projects.
Commenting for Fulton, UK Sales, Marketing & Export Manager Dave Dolan says: "It was a pleasure to host the WaDaTec team. Their depth of process knowledge and market reach make them an ideal technical partner as more clients look for compact, efficient and lower-emission steam solutions in Europe and beyond.".
Fulton's VSRT technology is recognised for its compact footprint and high thermal efficiency, making it ideal for space-constrained applications across multiple industries. The electric range offers organisations a clear pathway to decarbonise steam generation where grid capacity and operating profiles align with sustainability objectives.
Commenting for WaDaTec GmbH, Thomas Straeten says: "The training was comprehensive and practical, and we leave with a strong understanding of the VSRT and electric ranges and how they fit the needs of German industry, from healthcare and pharmaceuticals to food and beverage.".
The collaboration significantly enhances Fulton's service coverage and technical capability in the DACH region, ensuring customers benefit from local expertise supported by a global manufacturer's resources and innovation.
"We look forward to applying this knowledge with our customers, specifying the right boiler for each application, and providing long-term support in partnership with Fulton." added Torben Lotte.
