Fulton has appointed Mathew King as UK & Export Sales & Marketing Manager, further strengthening its UK commercial team as the business celebrates its 60th anniversary in the UK and enters a new phase under recently-appointed Managing Director Leigh Bryan.
Commenting for Fulton, Leigh Bryan says: “Mat’s breadth of experience gives him a strong understanding of customer requirements, market development and solution-led sales in sectors where efficiency, system performance and long-term operational value are critical.”
Mathew brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development and energy-related solutions across the steam, heat transfer and industrial services sectors. Before joining Fulton, he held sales and business development roles with ISIS Steam, Spirax Sarco, TEAM Energy and TLV Euro Engineering. He also boasts a Master’s degree in Energy & Industrial Sustainability from De Monfort University.
Mathew’s appointment follows Fulton’s recent announcement that Leigh Bryan has assumed the role of Managing Director. Together, this transition and wider team appointments reflect Fulton’s continued commitment to innovation, customer support and sustainable growth across the UK and international heat transfer markets.
Commenting on his appointment, Mathew King says: "I'm delighted to be joining Fulton at such an exciting time. I'm looking forward to working with customers across the UK to deliver efficient, high-performance heat transfer solutions and support their move towards more sustainable operations.
“Over the next 12 to 18 months, there are real opportunities to help customers improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions as they modernise plant in response to rising energy costs and sustainability targets, and with new product releases on the horizon and a consultative, solution-led approach, Fulton is well placed to support that transition."
In recent months, Fulton has strengthened its frontline sales capability with the appointments of Ruth Price as Area Sales Engineer for the North of England and Scotland and Alan Hough as Area Sales Engineer for the South of England. These additions bolster a wider UK team that includes Phil Rich as Service Manager, Martin Clayton as Engineering Manager and Jeff Byrne as Aftercare & Business Development Manager. The new team has been created to give customers broader regional coverage and closer access to technical, engineering, service and aftercare expertise across Fulton’s portfolio.
Commenting on the team, Leigh Bryan adds: "These appointments further strengthen our ability to support customers across the UK with the expertise, responsiveness and technical understanding they need. Ruth and Alan add further depth to our regional sales presence who, together with Phil, Martin and Jeff, means we have a highly capable team in place to support customers and drive the next phase of our growth, product range expansion and heat solutions diversification."
