Fulton has unveiled a strategic restructure of its senior management team, reinforcing a commitment to innovation and operational excellence within the UK’s heat transfer sector.

This realignment is designed to position the business at the forefront of sustainable technology, while strengthening the UK operation's role in Fulton’s wider global network.

Leaving his role as Managing Director, Carl Knight now assumes a part-time, strategic role as UK Director, dedicating his experience to long-term development projects and market expansion. By focusing on ambitious product innovation and research activities aligned with the company’s net zero objectives, Carl continues to play a pivotal role in shaping Fulton’s future.

Commenting on the change, Carl says: “Channelling my efforts towards forward-looking initiatives enables Fulton to accelerate the development of solutions for an ever-evolving energy market.”

Taking on responsibility for all aspects of day-to-day performance across the UK business, Jenny Hammond has been appointed Director of Operations. Jenny joined Fulton in 2012 in a technical sales and project engineer role, quickly earning recognition for her analytical approach and commitment to continuous improvement. This led Jenny into the role of Quality & Operations Manager, where her leadership delivered the successful implementation of advanced CRM and ERP systems, streamlining key processes and enhancing customer service.

“In this new role, my focus is on delivering efficiency and value across every area of the business.” says Jenny. “Our ongoing growth and reputation for excellence are rooted in a proactive, collaborative approach across our team and with customers.”

This leadership restructure marks an important phase in Fulton’s journey, reflecting an unwavering dedication to maintaining its position as one of the UK’s leading providers of advanced steam and heat transfer solutions.
